2. Order Processing & Delivery Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it with our partners. Delivery times can vary, but we aim to get your order to you within 2-4 business days. Delivery charges start from 200 PKR and may vary depending on your location. If your order does not arrive after 5-7 business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

3. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Time Limit: You must contact our customer support team to initiate a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, you must contact our customer support team via WhatsApp with an unboxing video and details of the issue.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. It should be unused and undamaged.
Mandatory Proof: To ensure a smooth and fair return process, it is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel. Without this video, we may not be able to process your return or exchange request.
Charges: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. However, if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival (verified by the unboxing video), we will cover the return shipping fee.

4. Product Information We make every effort to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
