To ensure a quick and fair return process, it is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video is our primary evidence to verify any claims of damage or missing items. Without this video, we may not be able to process your return or exchange request.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact our customer support team via WhatsApp within the 24-hour window.
- Step 1: Record a clear unboxing video of the parcel.
- Step 2: Send the unboxing video along with a brief description of the issue to our customer support on WhatsApp.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
5. Refund & Exchange Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- After we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will process your refund or send you an exchange.
6. Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item.
- If the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival (verified by the unboxing video), we will cover the return shipping fee.
